Graphic Designer / Artist – Print Production Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Artist to join our creative team in Umhlanga Ridge. The role focuses on creating, editing and preparing print‑ready artwork for awards and recognition products, working closely with our Canadian office to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, edit and proof production artwork for awards and recognition items.
• Ensure all files are print‑ready and adhere to production specifications.
• Collaborate with the Canadian team to understand requirements and deliver refined artwork.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design or print issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in print design, preferably for awards or promotional materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work independently during shift hours (15:00‑00:00 or 16:00‑01:00).

Required skills

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of various printing methods and file preparation standards.
