Graphic Designer / Artist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Artist to join our dynamic creative team. The role involves collaborating with our Canadian office to develop, proofread, and prepare production artwork for awards and recognition products. The successful candidate will ensure all designs are print‑ready and meet strict production specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and prepare proof and production artwork for awards and recognition products.
• Ensure designs are print‑ready and comply with production specifications.
• Collaborate with the Canadian team to understand client requirements and deliver refined artwork.
• Maintain design consistency and adhere strictly to brand guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and print issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience designing for awards, recognition products or promotional materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in print design and production artwork.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors swiftly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently during shift hours (15:00‑00:00 or 16:00‑01:00).
