Graduate Technologist (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Technologist to join our project teams. You will support project delivery by preparing documentation, producing drawings and assisting with technical discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities within projects and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements and best practices.
• Document projects according to supervisor guidelines.
• Produce high‑quality drawings and related documentation.
• Participate in technical discussions and project delivery meetings.
• Write clear meeting minutes.
• Interact with internal project teams and external consultants.
• Prepare payment certificates and budget forecasts.
• Resolve on‑site or consultant conflicts ethically and without escalation.

Required profile

• AN Dip/BTech in a relevant engineering field.
• 0‑3 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong desire to learn and ability to deliver quality documentation on time.
• Professionalism, awareness of deadlines and a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ownership of work.
• Team player with adaptability.
