Construction / Project Manager (SACPCMP Registered) – 18-Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction / Project Manager to lead a high‑profile marine and infrastructure contract in Cape Town. This 18‑month fixed‑term position offers the chance to manage large‑scale construction activities within a specialised maritime environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure delivery within agreed parameters.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and on‑site teams.
• Monitor health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project.
• Report progress to senior stakeholders and adjust plans as required.

Required profile

• SACPCMP registration (essential).
• Proven experience as a Construction or Project Manager on large‑scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in marine, infrastructure or heavy construction environments is advantageous.
