About the role

The Personal and Private Banking (PPB) Graduate Programme in KwaZulu-Natal offers recently qualified graduates a 12‑month rotational experience within Standard Bank's Private Banking division. You will work alongside industry experts, gaining hands‑on exposure to client relationship management and various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments within SB Private.
• Support relationship bankers in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Analyse client data and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with mentors and coaches to apply learning in real‑world scenarios.

Required profile

• South African citizen with a completed BCom in Finance, Investment (General) or a related postgraduate qualification (or completing by 2026).
• Maximum 12 months of prior work experience.
• Strong academic record; full transcripts required.
