About the role

Join Standard Bank’s Personal and Private Banking (PPB) Young Professionals Graduate Programme in Gauteng. This 12‑month rotational programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in relationship banking and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multiple rotations across SB Private departments to gain hands‑on exposure to various business functions.
• Participate in face‑to‑face work immersions guided by experienced leaders.
• Engage in online and classroom training to deepen banking knowledge.
• Present insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders.

Required profile

• South African citizen.
• Completed undergraduate degree within the last 2 years or a postgraduate qualification (BCom Finance, Investment – General) completed or expected by 2026.
• Maximum 12 months of prior work experience.
• Full academic transcripts submitted with the application.
