Graduate Data & AI Analyst

About the role

Quantium is seeking a Graduate Data & AI Analyst to join its South Africa team. You will work on data‑driven initiatives, applying analytical thinking to deliver innovative solutions and actionable insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis and data reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, transform, clean and impute data.
• Build model features and work with AI/ML models.
• Select appropriate analytical methods and conduct analyses.
• Interpret results, generate insights and present findings via spreadsheets, PowerPoint and data‑visualisation tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and engage with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site with clients and interact with diverse teams.
