Global Accountant – Intercompany Finance Specialist

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a Finance Centre of Excellence, focusing on global intercompany accounting across multiple regions and currencies. The successful candidate will ensure accurate intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlements while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile global intercompany accounts, investigate discrepancies and ensure monthly balancing.
• Process and resolve missing intercompany invoices and manage settlement schedules.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end global recharge process, allocating costs accurately across regions.
• Handle intercompany transaction processing, invoice capture, and payment settlements.
• Manage corporate credit‑card transactions and onboard new suppliers in compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare weekly and monthly intercompany activity reports and support audit requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Proven experience in invoice processing and multi‑currency environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
