General Worker – Production Team

About the role

The General Worker will join the Production team responsible for manufacturing animal feed to required standards. You will help meet daily output targets while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks and support daily production targets.
• Keep the work area clean and hygienic at all times.
• Perform job tasks accurately and quickly.
• Contribute to a high‑performance team culture.
• Follow all health, safety and product quality standards.
• Carry out ad‑hoc duties as directed by mill management.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics or Math Literacy.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar manufacturing or feed‑production role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Basic numeracy and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of production or manufacturing processes.
