General Manager – Customer Growth & Experience

About the role

BlueCare is entering a period of rapid growth across its Community and Residential services. We are looking for a strategic, customer‑centred executive to lead the full customer lifecycle, from brand and marketing to sales and the Customer Service Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the customer, marketing and sales strategy for Community and Residential services.
• Translate organisational goals into measurable customer growth priorities.
• Oversee brand, marketing and go‑to‑market frameworks to strengthen market position.
• Drive sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates and revenue outcomes.
• Set strategic direction for the Customer Service Centre and ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Provide senior leadership, governance and performance oversight across all customer‑facing functions.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing, values‑led team culture.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, strategy or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Significant senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in marketing, sales and contact‑centre services.
• Proven track record leading teams through change and delivering strategic growth agendas.
• Strong commercial and customer acumen across acquisition, retention and channel performance.
• Postgraduate qualifications in business or leadership are desirable.
• Experience in aged care, health, community or human services is a plus.
