Full Stack Software Consultant

About the role

Sidekwest is looking for a Full Stack Software Consultant to join its small, innovative team. You will work closely with startups and established businesses, helping them achieve product‑market fit or automate their operations through modern web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable full‑stack web applications with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features while maintaining high code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software to meet client requirements and company goals.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and foster continuous learning within the team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a creative, innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
