About the role
We are hiring Fresh Food Managers for Durban to oversee the deli, bakery and fruit & veg sections across all stores in the division. The role includes responsibility for profit, standards, staff training and new product development, ensuring each department meets performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the profit for all the deli, bakeries and fruit & veg in all our stores in the division.
- Responsible for the standards and ranging for all the deli, bakeries and fruit & veg in all our stores in the division.
- Training and development of staff in all the deli, bakeries and fruit & veg in all our stores in the division to ensure that the above aim is achieved.
- New product development for deli, fruit & veg and bakery.
