Fractional Head of Performance Growth – Luxury Interiors

About the role

FCI is a UK luxury‑interiors business seeking a senior, hands‑on performance‑growth operator to own the complete showroom‑demand funnel. This fractional role will work directly with digital channels while leading internal staff and specialist subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Build a reliable system delivering 50 qualified high‑quality showroom visits per week.
• Connect traffic, lead capture, booking, attendance, follow‑up, attribution and gross profit into one managed funnel.
• Improve performance without daily founder intervention.
• Direct existing internal staff and decide on specialist subcontractor retention, replacement or addition within agreed budgets.
• Manage weekly scorecards and eliminate ineffective marketing activities.

Required profile

• Diagnose and operate Google Ads and Meta campaigns personally.
• Work confidently with HubSpot funnel stages, attribution, dashboards and CRM discipline.
• Improve landing pages, conversion, appointment booking, attendance and follow‑up.
• Manage staff and subcontractors firmly against weekly targets.
• Separate useful activity from marketing theatre and stop weak work quickly.
• Work with meaningful overlap with UK business hours.
