Floor Supervisor – 40hr – Sportscene, Vangate

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will support the store management team at Sportscene in Vangate, ensuring a customer‑centric environment and driving operational excellence across the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve KPI targets such as turnover, rewards, and visual standards.
• Allocate time effectively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize daily priorities.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and visual merchandising principles.
• Implement the customer service strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on store performance metrics and new account acquisition.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility, ability to adapt to diverse customers and situations.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
