About the role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Fleet Manager to join its Midrand team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and cost‑effective operation of the company’s transport fleet.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee fleet maintenance to maximise vehicle uptime.
- Control fleet costs and manage CAPEX for transport assets.
- Ensure full legislative compliance and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Drive data‑based performance improvements across the fleet.
- Produce accurate reporting on fleet performance and costs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing transport fleet operations.
- Strong understanding of legislative compliance and health & safety requirements.
- Ability to analyse data and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
