Financial Adviser – Paarl

About the role

The role focuses on delivering professional financial advice, planning and suitable product solutions to both new and existing clients. You will build long‑term relationships, generate sustainable business and uphold Sanlam’s ethical and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial needs analysis, advice and portfolio recommendations, ensuring all disclosures and compliance requirements are met.
• Prospect, acquire and retain clients through networking, social media and targeted campaigns, driving revenue and meeting activity quotas.
• Maintain ongoing client service, respond to queries, and conduct annual portfolio reviews to strengthen loyalty.
• Document client interactions, track performance against targets and report activity on a weekly/monthly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification and successful completion of the FAIS regulatory examination (Fit and Proper) with registration at the FSCA for at least 24 months.
• Demonstrated ability in financial advice, client relationship management, compliance and risk management, with a focus on meeting production targets.
