About the role

Are you a technically driven accounting professional who wants to move beyond routine accounting and gain meaningful exposure across property finance, financial reporting, taxation, and group entities? This role offers the opportunity to build your expertise while contributing directly to key financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

Complete lease accounting adjustments and process related financial entries.
Prepare and post monthly and annual journals.
Reconcile debtor, creditor and loan account balances.
Monitor outstanding accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile supplier accounts against project payment schedules.
Perform monthly bank deposit reconciliations.
Review and analyse trial balances and general ledger accounts.
Prepare and submit VAT, provisional tax and annual income tax returns.

Required profile

BCom Accounting or relevant accounting qualification.
SAICA articles completed.
Minimum of 2+ years' commercial accounting experience.
Property or related industry experience advantageous.
Experience working with CaseWare.
