Finance Director: Group Reporting & Control

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director – Group Reporting & Control to lead financial reporting, statutory compliance and performance insight across Zutari’s group entities. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will shape finance operations, budgeting, forecasting and working‑capital management for a multi‑jurisdictional engineering firm.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee group financial reporting and ensure integrity of statutory filings across all jurisdictions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to provide actionable performance insight.
• Drive financial governance, internal controls and working‑capital optimisation.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions, capital allocation, funding and corporate transactions.
• Provide finance input and challenge on treasury, liquidity, banking and capital‑related matters.
• Engage with boards, audit committees and governance forums as a trusted finance advisor.

Required profile

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in large, multi‑jurisdictional corporations.
• Proven track record in group reporting, statutory compliance and financial governance.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence executive decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills and credibility with boards and senior stakeholders.
