About the Role
Join Hutech International Group as a dedicated CRM Agent, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and ensuring operational excellence. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional looking to manage critical data and provide top-tier support within a dynamic corporate environment.
Main Missions
- Manage and optimize customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain high accuracy in customer data, contract management, and system updates.
- Provide efficient and professional customer support across various departments.
- Ensure all administrative processes related to client accounts are executed with precision.
- Monitor and report on client data integrity within the CRM system.
Profile Required
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
- Exceptional professional self-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong administrative background with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and data management.
- Knowledge of Pastel Evolution (a significant advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High-level administrative and clerical expertise.
