Main Missions

• Monitor and report on client data integrity within the CRM system.

Profile Required

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
• Exceptional professional self-management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong administrative background with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software and data management.
• Knowledge of Pastel Evolution (a significant advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High-level administrative and clerical expertise.
