Due Diligence Analyst – Sub‑Saharan Africa Focus

About the role

Join the Corporate Intelligence division of S‑RM in Cape Town as a Due Diligence Analyst focused on sub‑Saharan Africa. You will work on a variety of projects that help clients understand partners, customers, assets and territories across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Research and write intelligence reports on companies and individuals for due diligence and investigatory purposes.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on business, political and regulatory risk environments in sub‑Saharan Africa.
• Conduct research primarily in English, and where relevant in French, Portuguese and other languages.
• Present findings to managers and clients.

Required profile

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Interest in African markets and risk analysis.

Required skills

• Research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (French, Portuguese) are a plus.
