Driver – Automotive Parts Delivery

About the role

Join a fast‑growing automotive parts team in Ladysmith, BC as a Driver. You will be the front‑line link between our store and customers, delivering parts safely and providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices and assist with picking parts.
• Inspect merchandise condition at delivery, obtain customer sign‑off, and record all deliveries and pickups.
• Organise daily pick‑up of customer cores, returns and warranties while maintaining delivery efficiency.
• Check vehicle fluid levels, tire condition and cleanliness before each trip.
• Report any customer complaints to the Dispatcher or Store Manager immediately.
• Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.
• Assist with in‑store customer service activities and keep the store tidy.

Required profile

• Energetic, customer‑focused self‑starter.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
