Digital Solutions Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Digital Solutions Engagement Specialist will support the implementation and operational management of customer engagement, gamification, loyalty, campaign and partner‑funded initiatives across Telkom’s digital ecosystem. The role aims to drive customer acquisition, retention, ARPU uplift and overall digital revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage customer engagement, gamification, loyalty and campaign initiatives.
• Identify, onboard and coordinate strategic promotional partners.
• Assist in commercialising engagement platforms and partner‑funded campaigns.
• Support sales enablement activities for digital campaigns and engagement solutions.
• Package and position engagement opportunities for commercial partners.
• Track and report revenue generated from engagement and promotional activities.
• Develop value propositions for customer engagement and campaign offerings.
• Contribute to achieving campaign‑related commercial and revenue targets.

Required profile

• National Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Certificate (NQF 6) in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Digital Media, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting customer engagement initiatives, partner‑funded campaigns or digital commercial products.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including sales, commercial, marketing, IT and vendors.
• Experience in partner management, revenue‑generating campaigns and customer acquisition is advantageous.
