Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute paid search initiatives across the Smollan Technologies portfolio. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth for multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for digital marketing across Smollan Technologies, identifying innovative opportunities.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging tools, platforms, and trends to keep the group at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for each business unit.
• Analyse performance data, generate actionable insights, and improve campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product owners, and marketing teams to deliver integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of digital marketing excellence.
• Manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation and measurable returns.
• Support website strategy, optimisation, and SEO to enhance user experience and lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and executing paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple business units and balance unified branding with individual needs.
