Digital Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Digital Content Manager to lead our web publishing ecosystem and drive revenue growth. You will integrate content management, automated ad technology, and community safety protocols across our web and social media properties.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of web publishing platforms and social channels, curating SEO‑optimized content and managing the editorial calendar.
• Deploy and fine‑tune programmatic moderation tools (AI filters, keyword blockers, algorithmic scanners) to ensure brand safety and compliance with ad network policies.
• Maximize ad revenue and RPMs through programmatic advertising, header bidding, SSPs, and ad networks such as Google AdSense/AdX, Mediavine, Raptive, and OpenX.
• Implement and scale social media monetization strategies, including Facebook In‑Stream Ads, YouTube Partner Program, and affiliate marketing.
• Analyze traffic and revenue data daily to identify high‑performing content and optimize yield.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital web publishing, ad operations, or traffic management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on experience with programmatic moderation and automation tools.

• Content Management Systems: WordPress, Webflow
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Ad‑Tech: Google Ad Manager, header bidding, SSPs, programmatic ad platforms (AdSense, AdX, Mediavine, Raptive, OpenX)
