Delivery Recruiter

About the role

The Delivery Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and managing candidates for a range of vacancies across our Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts and beyond. You will work across multiple market verticals, guiding candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle and providing post‑placement support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and understand the qualities of desirable candidates within various verticals.
• Utilise a variety of market‑appropriate sources to discover new talent.
• Regenerate and maintain candidate relationships.
• Conduct thorough qualification calls covering technical expertise, motivations and cultural fit.
• Share market information and generate leads during candidate conversations.
• Handle candidate objections confidently.
• Assess candidate placeability and prioritise activities based on placeability scores.
• Manage interview scheduling, offer processes and candidate communication.
• Provide post‑placement after‑care to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong ability to process and synthesize information from internal and external sources.
• Effective task structuring and prioritisation skills.
• Professional interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to adapt to feedback and changing priorities.
