Delivery Consultant – Senior Recruitment for Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a driven Delivery Consultant to join a fast‑growing international recruitment hub based in South Africa. You will focus on sourcing and engaging senior‑level talent (Partner, Managing Director, C‑suite) for consulting and professional services firms across the US and EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep market mapping and identify senior candidates within consulting, strategy and professional services.
• Source, engage and qualify Partner, MD and C‑suite candidates.
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Hand over qualified candidates to Account Managers for client engagement.
• Run full end‑to‑end recruitment cycles when required, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Keep accurate records, notes and screening documentation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across key consulting verticals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years agency recruitment experience (non‑negotiable).
• Proven track record recruiting within consulting, strategy or professional services (e.g., Big 4, BDO, Grant Thornton).
• Experience hiring senior‑level candidates (Partner/MD level).
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
