Data Cleanser – Onsite (Office Based)

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Data Cleanser to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of our business data across multiple systems. The role is office‑based and offers the chance to work with large datasets, supporting reporting, decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review and cleanse large data sets to remove duplicates, fill missing fields and correct inconsistent formats.
• Validate data accuracy across various sources and standardise information according to business rules.
• Perform regular data quality checks, audits and document cleansing procedures.
• Collaborate with data, operational and business teams to resolve data issues and support migration or system change activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to data governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data cleansing, data quality or data administration.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (filtering, validation, pivot tables).
• Basic SQL or data‑querying knowledge.
