Data Center Technician – Infrastructure Operations

About the role

We are seeking Data Center Technicians to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. In this role you will be the primary resolver for hardware, fiber, and networking issues across AWS data centers, ensuring safe and reliable operation of critical IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and network problems in data center environments.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of equipment failures and document findings.
• Follow and promote the highest safety standards, including safety initiatives and manual handling procedures.
• Meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution.
• Collaborate with other solution groups on complex issues to drive resolution.

• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to become the primary resolver for a support team.
• Commitment to safety and willingness to participate in safety culture initiatives.
• Physical ability to handle and lift equipment in accordance with regulations.
• Team player who can work effectively with software, hardware, and network engineers.
