Data Analyst – Analytics & Visualization

About the role

The Data Analyst – Analytics & Visualization will turn large, complex datasets into actionable insights through advanced analytics and high‑quality visualisations. You will create interactive dashboards and data stories that support operational, technical and executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies and performance insights across operational and technical datasets.
• Design, build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards with a focus on visual storytelling and executive usability.
• Translate analytical and business requirements into well‑structured, executive‑ready reports and KPI dashboards.
• Develop data preparation scripts and automate analytics workflows where needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and business stakeholders while also delivering end‑to‑end analytics solutions independently.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all visualisations.
• Document analytical models, dashboards and visualisation logic for continuity.
• When applicable, contribute to Kibana dashboards and ELK‑based data pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or similar role with a strong focus on data visualisation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a small, focused team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of turning complex data into clear insights.

Required skills

• Power BI (data modelling, DAX calculations, dashboard and report design, performance best practices).
• Kibana and ELK stack for dashboard creation and log analysis (advantageous).
• Python with Pandas and/or Polars for data manipulation and preparation.
