About the role
Join Betway’s fast‑growing online gaming team as a Customer Service Host. You will be the first point of contact for players, delivering world‑class support across multiple channels and helping to build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming player queries via phone, live chat, email, social media and WhatsApp.
- Strive for first‑contact resolution and meet service level targets.
- Manage shift volume, stay beyond shift hours when needed to ensure a clean handover.
- Follow company policies to retain players and promote responsible gambling.
- Complete assigned outbound tasks within deadlines.
- Liaise with Senior Agents and Floor Managers for issue escalation.
- Monitor internal systems and report any irregularities.
- Gather player feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis to provide insight for service enhancements.
Required profile
- Passionate and driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns and handle high‑volume interactions.
