Conveyancer / Conveyancing Attorney

About the role

Our client, a well‑established legal practice in Ballito, KZN, is looking for a qualified Conveyancer or Attorney with solid conveyancing experience to join their dynamic team. The role offers a competitive CTC of R25 000‑R35 000 and the chance to manage a full portfolio of property transactions from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing matters from inception through to registration.
• Draft, review and finalise conveyancing documentation.
• Liaise with clients, banks, estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain compliance with all conveyancing processes, deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Handle general conveyancing administration, including bond registrations where applicable.

Required profile

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer, or an Attorney actively practising conveyancing.
• Minimum two years post‑admission experience in conveyancing.
• Proven experience attending to property transfers; bond registration experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LexisConvey software.
