Community & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Community & Social Media Specialist to own the daily heartbeat of our online presence. You will be the single voice that posts, replies, and builds connections with parents across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and our owned community space.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a unified daily content calendar and coordinate sequencing across all platforms.
• Adapt video and article assets for each channel, creating Reels, TikTok clips, Shorts, and platform‑specific captions.
• Own the scheduling tool (e.g., Buffer, Later, Calude) and ensure consistent posting cadence.
• Monitor comments, DMs and community discussions, responding within one hour during business hours.
• Triage inbound messages: forward sales leads, answer product questions on‑brand, and escalate complaints to the Family Success team.
• Manage the owned parent community, fostering peer‑to‑peer interaction and sourcing user‑generated content.
• Collaborate daily with the Marketing Project Manager and channel specialists to align on priorities and direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing daily social media execution and community engagement.
• Excellent written communication with a strong, consistent brand voice.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and handling fast‑paced workflows.
