Clinical Template Officer

About the role

Heidi is looking for a Clinical Template Officer to join its Medical Knowledge Team. In this role you will help clinicians get immediate value from Heidi’s AI‑driven platform by turning real‑world documentation into high‑quality, customizable templates.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation submitted by users and convert it into reusable, high‑quality note and document templates compatible with Heidi.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Go‑to‑Market and Medical Knowledge teams to understand onboarding requirements and build templates for new users.
• Engage with existing users to refine and optimise their templates, identify friction points, and improve output quality.
• Lead template masterclasses and educational initiatives to enable users to become self‑sufficient.
• Triage and respond to user inquiries with clinical insight and product knowledge, resolving issues quickly.

Required profile

• Early‑career clinician with a solid clinical background.
• Sharp, organized, and eager to apply clinical training in a fast‑moving health‑tech environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
