About the role
We are seeking motivated Call Centre Agents to join our team in Gauteng, covering Pretoria and Centurion. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and delivering high‑quality service while meeting performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls courteously within SLA
- Manage all cases professionally and efficiently within the correct time frames
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to client needs
- Ensure all calls are captured on the relevant system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisor
- Work shifts and overtime when required
Required profile
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and people skills
- Customer‑focused attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and tolerate high‑volume environments
