About the role
OneSource BPO is seeking a confident and highly organized Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for its AI‑enabled staffing solutions. You will work closely with U.S.‑based small to medium‑sized businesses, guiding leads through discovery, demo, and onboarding stages.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up inbound and warm leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and the company CRM.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects until they are ready to book a call, review a proposal, or make a decision.
- Track all lead activity, notes, follow‑ups, and next steps in the CRM and re‑engage older leads.
- Conduct professional discovery calls to understand client needs, hiring challenges, and interest in outsourcing or AI solutions.
- Explain OneSource BPO’s services, pricing structure, and value proposition clearly.
- Summarize client requirements and share internal notes with operations, recruitment, or leadership teams.
- Present basic demos of AI agent solutions (inbound, outbound, voice agents) and answer client questions about capabilities, use cases, and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal technical or leadership teams to ensure smooth hand‑off.
Required profile
- Confident, well‑spoken, and highly organized professional.
- Enjoys speaking with business owners and understanding client needs.
- Strong follow‑through and excellent communication skills.
- Experience dealing directly with clients in a sales or business development capacity.
- Prior exposure to BPO, staffing, outsourcing, sales, or AI/technology services is a plus.
