About the role

Technicians at Bavarian BMW and MINI are central to the dealership, responsible for delivering meticulous care to every vehicle and ensuring a high‑quality experience for each customer. Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and identify faults.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on modern motor vehicles.
• Maintain workshop standards and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Provide attentive service to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Required profile

• Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ qualification.
• In‑depth knowledge of modern motor vehicle technology.
• Previous experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
• Full driving licence.
