Agile Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead medium‑size software projects from initiation through delivery. The role combines Agile coaching with traditional project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and aligned with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Agile methodologies in software projects, improving quality and meeting strategic goals.
• Plan, direct and coordinate enterprise‑wide project activities, developing detailed project plans that include goals, staffing, scheduling, risk identification and contingency measures.
• Mentor and coach junior staff on Agile best practices and ensure the delivery team works on the right tasks at the right time.
• Escalate impediments, manage risks and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on processes, tools and methods, facilitating weekly sessions with the development team.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders, build professional relationships and communicate project status using quality metrics and reports.
• Estimate costs accurately, manage the project budget and ensure traceability of benefits.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within scope and according to governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium‑size software projects using Agile frameworks.
• Strong ability to mentor and coach team members on Agile practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of risk, budget and scope management.
• Capability to drive continuous improvement and align large development programs with business objectives.
