About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant / Development Coordinator to support a fast‑moving commercial real‑estate development business. The position is fully remote, preferably based in Latin America or South Africa, and works on U.S. Eastern Standard Time.
Key responsibilities
- Save, rename, and maintain digital files according to internal naming conventions across multiple projects.
- Log incoming reports, due‑diligence documents, and project updates into tracking systems.
- Track contract dates, expirations, amendments, and due‑diligence timelines, updating internal sheets as needed.
- Coordinate reminders for consultants, vendors, reports, and project milestones.
- Assist leadership with scheduling, calendar management, and day‑to‑day workflow coordination.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with precision.
- Proactive, able to anticipate needs and keep projects moving forward.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently.
