About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast‑paced entrepreneur who manages a diverse property portfolio. The role is fully remote and focuses on keeping financial operations, Airbnb management, and administrative tasks organized and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive and operational support across multiple projects, tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communications with government agencies, legal providers, healthcare systems, and vendors, maintaining detailed records of calls and case numbers.
- Reconcile rental income from Airbnb, QuickBooks, and bank statements; identify discrepancies and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Maintain digital documentation on cloud platforms, conduct online research, and compile organized reports.
- Assist with Airbnb account oversight, refund disputes, and guest issue resolution.
- Research and organize vendor options for property improvements and security solutions.
Required profile
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, discreet approach to confidential information.
- Comfortable working with financial systems and online platforms, and proactive in following up unresolved issues.
