Thuso Milling, a successful mill and feedmill in Bothaville, is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Accountant. The role involves processing daily financial transactions, preparing monthly management reports, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily transactions and maintain accurate ledger entries.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports.
• Handle VAT and PAYE returns and perform related reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and company policies.
• Support administrative accounting tasks as required.

Required profile

• Financial qualification with accounting background.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with SAGE VIP PREMIER.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Hands‑on experience with VAT and PAYE returns and reconciliations.
