Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete bookkeeping function, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Process and maintain financial records, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to verify balances.
• Support creditor and debtor administration, handling queries and settlements.
• Prepare financial information for internal reporting and analysis.
• Assist the finance team with day‑to‑day operational accounting tasks.
• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all financial data.

Required profile

• BCom qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations.
• Extroverted, confident, and able to communicate effectively.
• Thick‑skinned and resilient under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, energetic, and solutions‑driven, with the ability to work independently.
