Account Manager – Performance Marketing (US/European Market)

About the role
As an Account Manager at Hyrax you will manage relationships with US and European clients, acting as the bridge between client goals and internal media teams. You will ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, communication stays clear and proactive, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with US and European clients and build long‑term relationships.
- Translate client goals, KPIs and expectations to internal paid‑media teams and ensure campaigns align with objectives.
- Coordinate asset collection, campaign briefs and feedback loops, and maintain internal tools, trackers and documentation.
- Compile performance reports, extract key data points, and turn complex campaign data into client‑friendly narratives.
- Participate in brainstorms, campaign planning sessions and support process improvements across accounts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in account management, client services or digital marketing.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or Media (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work onsite from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM aligned with US business hours.
- High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads and TikTok advertising platforms.
- Understanding of digital tracking fundamentals such as pixels, UTMs and attribution.
