About the role
The Account Developer will join the Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa sales team, managing a defined territory and driving growth of our ready-to-drink beverage portfolio. You will work directly with customers, execute frontline sales activities and contribute to the overall performance of the business while developing the skills needed for future sales leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Own a sales territory and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Execute frontline sales actions, including product presentations, promotions and order management.
- Monitor market trends and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal functions such as marketing, logistics and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Report on sales results, forecast demand and provide feedback to senior management.
Required profile
- Strong interest in sales and consumer-goods markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
