YouTube Channel Manager

About the role

IELTS Advantage is looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to own the end‑to‑end content engine for its 4M+ subscriber education channel. You will combine operational execution with strategic thinking to build a scalable content machine that drives qualified leads and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Run thumbnail and title split‑tests, analyse CTR, retention and conversion metrics, and deliver weekly performance reports.
• Manage the full production pipeline from ideation through scripting, filming, editing, testing and publication, ensuring a buffer of at least two videos per week.
• Oversee the PDF lead‑magnet system, coordinate design, implement in video assets and track lead‑to‑sale conversion.
• Repurpose YouTube videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, adapting titles, thumbnails and descriptions for each platform.
• Plan, promote and execute a monthly YouTube Live webinar, track registration, attendance and revenue, and turn recordings into on‑demand content.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset; able to build systems, move fast with incomplete information and work with minimal oversight.
• Data‑driven decision maker who monitors analytics, identifies patterns and translates insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communicator who can translate CEO strategy into clear creative briefs for editors and designers.

Required skills

• YouTube Studio for analytics, testing and publishing.
• A/B testing methodology for thumbnails, titles and lead‑magnet offers.

• Base salary $36,000‑$54,000 USD, DOE, plus performance bonuses (ad‑revenue share, company revenue share, monthly team bonus).
