Workshop Supervisor / Team Leader – 4x4 Fitments

About the role

The Workshop Supervisor/Team Leader will oversee the Fitment Centre in Kyalami, ensuring the workshop team delivers high-quality 4x4 vehicle fitments on time. You will act as the bridge between management and staff, maintaining 5-star service standards while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the workshop team to meet customer expectations and performance targets.
• Plan and assign daily vehicle fitments, monitor workflow and guarantee timely completion.
• Provide technical support and performance feedback to staff and management.
• Oversee quality control, conduct vehicle inspections and manage stock allocation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies and safety standards.
• Resolve staff issues promptly, escalating when necessary, and foster a positive team dynamic.
• Train and onboard new employees, identifying and developing talent within the team.
• Implement streamlined solutions to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
