Webflow Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Webflow Developer to own and evolve the website of a fast‑moving B2B AI company. You will build and maintain pages, create conversion‑focused landing pages for campaigns and product launches, and keep the CMS clean and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain website pages in Webflow with production‑ready code.
• Develop new landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and demand‑generation initiatives.
• Translate designs from Figma (or similar tools) into pixel‑perfect, responsive pages.
• Manage the Webflow CMS, including content structure, collections, and dynamic content.
• Monitor and improve site performance, Core Web Vitals, and basic technical SEO.
• Implement SEO best practices such as meta tags, heading hierarchy, and page organization.
• Support conversion optimization through clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, and minimal friction.
• Assist A/B testing by creating accurate page variants and collaborating with marketing and design stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong, hands‑on proficiency with Webflow, including CMS, interactions, responsive design, and custom code when needed.
• Experience building and maintaining websites for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Ability to implement designs from Figma accurately and efficiently.
• Solid understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and basic technical SEO.
• Comfortable working independently, shipping pages quickly, and troubleshooting issues without disrupting live content.
