Web Specialist

About the role

The Web Specialist will manage, optimise and support enterprise web platforms, focusing on the MFC website. Working with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure high‑quality digital experiences that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update enterprise websites, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency and technical stability.
• Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush.
• Manage CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, handling timely content publishing.
• Troubleshoot web‑related issues in collaboration with IT and development teams.
• Monitor MFC website traffic, conversion rates and user engagement; produce regular performance reports.
• Conduct accessibility, security and UX audits and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Define and manage web deliverables for campaigns, product launches and digital initiatives, including documentation and governance.
• Support testing, QA and coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in web management or digital marketing within an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS platforms.
• Experience with web analytics, SEO and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
