Warranty Sales Consultant – Call Centre

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Warranty Sales Consultant to join our outbound call centre team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling motor warranties, service plans and Vehicle Accessory Packages (VAPs) to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and present warranty and service products.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activity.
- Perform related administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- RE5 qualification and 120 FAIS credits.
- 1‑2 years of telesales experience in short‑term insurance, specifically motor warranties, service plans or VAPs.

- Base salary of R9 000 per month plus attractive commission.
