Warehouse Supervisor – Shift Management & Inventory Accuracy

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the morning shift, ensuring that both T1 and T2 load plans are executed efficiently to meet internal and external customer service targets. This role combines hands‑on inventory work with leadership of warehouse teams to drive accuracy, productivity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Physically perform and lead the morning inventory count process.
• Identify root causes of count variances and implement corrective actions using problem‑solving tools.
• Maintain real‑time inventory movements in the SAP system.
• Manage warehouse zones (empties, refusal, picking, repack, finished goods) and enforce layout standards.
• Track and improve inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, and labor productivity KPIs.
• Oversee cleanliness, pest control, temperature control, and cross‑contamination prevention.
• Implement and monitor a location‑based inventory system and blocking standards for non‑conforming stock.
• Develop, validate and communicate SOPs, business descriptions, SLAs and process maps.
• Drive 5S results and support continuous improvement using tools such as 5 WHY, PDCA and RACI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading warehouse shift teams and inventory count processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and compliance with global warehouse KPIs.

• FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) inventory methodology
• 5S workplace organization
• SKAP tool for labour allocation
• Problem‑solving tools (5 WHY, PDCA, RACI, etc.)
